(1) The Government of Nepal may appoint one or more officers to hear one or more cases in the court while forming a court in accordance with Section 72 of the Labor Act, 2048.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if more than one case officer is appointed, one of them shall be appointed as the chairman.
